Digital-file products are delivered by email — no shipping required. Physical prints, cards and apparel ship with tracking.

Every product is packed for its format: rigid mailers for prints, protective boxes for canvas, and tracked apparel packaging for tees.
Packaging
How we package your order
We pack each product according to its format, from wall prints to made-to-order tees.
Poster Prints
Posters are placed flat between acid-free tissue paper, secured in rigid cardboard mailers with a protective cellophane sleeve.
Stretched Canvases
Canvas prints are corner-protected with foam guards, wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a custom-fit double-walled box.
Digital Downloads
Digital files are delivered instantly to your inbox with high-resolution PDF and JPEG files.
T-Shirts & apparel
Made-to-order tees are folded, protected against moisture and shipped with tracking from the nearest available apparel print hub.
Returns & Refunds

Damaged or defective prints
If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos of the item, packaging and your order number — our first step is always a free replacement.
Wrong order received
We will ship the correct order immediately and cover return shipping costs.
Custom-made products
Personalized, made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind — before or after delivery. Please use the live preview and check spelling, size and style before ordering.
