You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund for eligible items.

The return window expires 30 days after you (or a third party named by you) take delivery of the goods.

To exercise your right, you must inform us by a clear, unambiguous statement.

Please include your order number, full name, and email address.

Before production begins, you may cancel for a full refund. After production starts, cancellation is no longer possible for personalized items.

Non-personalized items remain subject to the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

Refunds are confirmed within 1-2 business days and processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or damaged items: Email [email protected]within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement shipped locally by our print partner — no return of the original item required.

Non-personalised items: If a return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Ship the item in its original packaging; refund is processed once we confirm receipt.

If your star map arrives defective or damaged, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund. Contact us within 14 days.
