We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page.
2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
All prices displayed include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before checkout.
We accept payments via Razorpay (supporting major debit and credit cards in supported regions) and PayPal.
We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of fraud or mispricing.
Each star map is created specifically for your order. Please double-check all details before confirming.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Contact us within 14 days if your package is lost or damaged.
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your star map. Our return and refund policy applies as follows:
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.
Custom & Personalized Products
Personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days using your original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Stars In Hands and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Purchasing a star map does not transfer ownership of the design or intellectual property.
The artistic presentation and styling of astronomical data is our proprietary work.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stars In Hands shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. EU consumers retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of their country of residence regardless.
EU consumers also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of their country.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for business customers is Mohali (Punjab), India.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
